Scoutââ¬â¢s Maturity Essay -- English Literature
Scouts Maturity ripening is a stage of addition that we as human beings begin atbirth. To Kill a Mockingbird in Harper Lee shows Scouts growth asshe experiences and understands the prejudice of Maycomb. In thebeginning Scout is a artless little girl alone as the story commences shebegins to understand what goes on in Maycomb and by the end she may dumb be green but she has matured. In To Kill a Mockingbird authorsuggests the promptions we homecoming lead us to be do human beings and whatwe have done and intimate from it leads to mature beings. In the beginning, Scout is an outsider, a tomboy who is not acceptedby her brother or his friend. She is known as the girl as well as sheannounces that she is five years old but she tries her best to fit inand play with he brother and Dill. Scout thinks of herself as an adultin the beginning, like at when at school she thinks of herself and herschool mates as little adults, who must take care of the first yearteachers, this shows she is still small but is working her way toadulthood. As the first develop of the story circulatees we tick anotherquality which makes Scout immature the particular that she cant controlher anger. For example when Scout beat up her cousin, this shows sheneeds to accept somethings and let them go because if she keepsgetting groundless she is going to go on a rampage because in those old agebigotry existed and she has to get use to it.. Scout makes very littleprogress in the first part of To Kill a Mockingbird but that doesntmean she isnt determined. To fit in and feel as old as achievable is one of her true goals soshe does as much as she can do to fit in and act as old as possible. One thing she does that is mature is she tries her b... ...but in the beginning she made childishaccusations. As the story progressed she was shown the true colour in ofpeople and understands how action is in Maycomb County, Alabama. Nearthe end she makes better decisions and the ideas that come to her m indmake her seem more mature. After Tom Robinson gets elasticity Scout matures into a woman mentally andthe court trial was the travel guidebook that showed her the people and thereprejudice decisions from a girl to a man. In To Kill a MockingbirdHarper Lee says that in life we encounter many situations that affectus deeply but from the mistakes of others we learn valuable lessons.Scouts maturation from a youth girl to a young woman is a slowalternation she made as she went through the delve and showed how shematured. People far prefer belonging than wisdom, but that is like wanting to be immortal without getting older.
